Pokemon Go has taken over the entire world – seriously, it has! I love the game, I play all the time (level 10!) and yet, I am safe while I am playing. I've seen a couple of my friends say that Pokemon Go to The Purge, because of how many accidents, how many fights and how careless people are being. It can be a dangerous game if you aren't careful, so this list is a list of don'ts! Do NOT be these types of players, deal?
OMG, my in-laws immediately thought that I was one of these types of players as soon as I told them that I was playing the game. I had to assure them that no, I am not going to play while I am driving; it's too hard and definitely too dangerous. Why is it dangerous? You need to pay attention to what traffic is doing and you can get sucked right into catching that Evee. Stop driving and playing Stalkers!
Oh, it's happened! Did you hear about the girl that got hit by a car because she walked into on-coming traffic because of Pokemon Go? It happened! Don't be that dumb girls. Seriously, you're so much better than that! Also, do you really want to tell people that you got hit by a car while playing a game?
Why, oh why are we not paying attention enough to know that we are wandering into a pond or a river … or a lake or the ocean? Seriously players, why are you wandering into the water? Don't you realize it when you get wet? Pay attention!
So, not only do you walk into bodies of water and into cars, but you are actually walking into other people. Bumping right into other players or even just random people on the street. That isn't a good thing! Who knows what could happen if you walk into the wrong person.
I've had this happen a couple times: I've been playing, walking around and suddenly, I'm in an alleyway and … that isn't exactly safe. You need to make sure that if you are walking around and not exactly paying attention, don't wander into alleyways, where there could be people that could harm you.
When playing the game, you are probably going to be walking a lot – don't forget your water and your snacks! You don't want to get dehydrated and also don't want to get somewhere where there might not be food. Trust me on this, I've been without water and it made me feel lightheaded.
Yes, in the first point, I made it pretty clear that you shouldn't be driving and playing Pokemon Go right? Well, playing this game at night while you are driving is so, so much worse! Don't do it, ever! It'll absolutely make you get into an accident.
So, have you witnessed any other dangerous players out there?
